What They Wanted
For a spring engagement party in Sydney, the couple wanted the night to feel like a proper celebration for around 75 guests. The ask was a dependable, open-format DJ who could read the crowd and keep the celebration moving from the first arrivals onwards.
How We Planned It
Every booking gets its own dedicated event manager, and this one was no exception. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered, took down the must-play and do-not-play lists, and liaised with the Sydney venue on bump-in, power and finish times. Then we matched the DJ best suited to the room and confirmed the run of the night well in advance.
What We Delivered
Come event day, we rolled in with the full rig, PA, lighting, wireless mics and backup gear, loaded in and sound-checked well before anyone walked in. Our DJ read the room and built the set live, following the crowd from the first track to the last call. With around 75 guests celebrating, it was the kind of night that shows exactly why couples trust us with the moments that matter.
