What They Wanted
The host came to us to run the music for an 18th birthday at a private Adelaide home for around 75 guests across a summer evening. Musically they leaned current hits and RnB/hip-hop, exactly what an 18th crowd wants turned up loud.
How We Planned It
Every booking gets its own event manager, and this one was no exception. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered, locked in the must-play and do-not-play lists, and planned the setup, power and finish times for the space. Then we matched the DJ best suited to the room and confirmed the run of the night well in advance, detail by careful detail.
What We Delivered
Come event day, we rolled in with the full rig, PA, lighting and wireless mics, loaded in and tested well before anyone walked in. Our DJ threaded current hits and RnB/hip-hop into one seamless set, riding the energy of a young summer crowd from the very first drop. With around 75 guests in the room, the dancefloor filled early and stayed full.
