What They Wanted
The host was throwing a 50th birthday at Function Room in the Building and wanted the dancefloor packed for around 40 guests across an autumn evening. Musically they leaned 90s/00s, the singalong era that gets a room of friends moving fast.
How We Planned It
This is where our planning process kicks in. Your dedicated event manager talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered, built the must-play list around those 90s/00s favourites, and liaised with Function Room in the Building on bump-in, power and finish times. Then we matched the DJ best suited to the room and confirmed the run of the night well in advance.
What We Delivered
On the night, we delivered our full DJ package, sound, lighting, wireless microphones and decks, set up and sound-checked before guests arrived. Our DJ threaded 90s/00s into one seamless set, reading the room and keeping the intimate space feeling like a proper party. With around 40 guests in the room, the floor stayed busy from the first song to the last.
