What They Wanted
The school needed a DJ for their summer formal at the National Museum of Australia with around 120 students attending. Musically they leaned current hits and a mix of everything, all delivered clean, formal-appropriate and easy to dance to.
How We Planned It
Every booking gets its own event manager, and this one was no exception. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; liaised with the National Museum of Australia on bump-in, power and finish times; and agreed a content-managed, student-safe playlist and request process with staff. The right DJ for the brief was assigned, with licences and insurance covered, and every detail confirmed in the days beforehand.
What We Delivered
On the night, we delivered our full DJ package, sound, lighting, wireless microphones and decks, set up and sound-checked before guests arrived, with backup gear on hand. Our DJ blended current hits and a mix of everything into one seamless set, and with around 120 students in the room the dancefloor filled early and stayed full to the very end.
