What They Wanted
The school came to us to run the music for a winter disco at their Perth venue. The goal was straightforward: a professional, reliable setup, age-appropriate songs with clean edits, and an open-format DJ who could keep young energy high from the first track right through to home time.
How We Planned It
Every booking gets its own event manager, and this one was no exception. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; planned the setup, AV, power and finish times with the venue; and agreed a content-managed, student-safe playlist and request process with staff. We matched the right DJ to the brief, with licences and insurance sorted, and locked everything in during the week of the event.
What We Delivered
We arrived early and set up everything we bring as standard: full sound, lighting, wireless microphones and backup gear, all checked before doors. Our DJ took the room's lead, reading the crowd and shaping the set as the disco built, every song clean and classroom-safe. The result was a packed floor and a school that would book us again in a heartbeat.
