What They Wanted
For their event at Fortitude Hall, the company wanted a DJ who understood a professional room for around 1,600 guests across a spring evening. At that scale nothing can be left to chance, so the goal was straightforward: a professional setup, rock-solid logistics and a DJ who could keep the energy right all night for one of the biggest corporate crowds in Brisbane.
How We Planned It
Before the night, your dedicated event manager gets to work. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; liaised with Fortitude Hall on bump-in, power and finish times; and planned the coordination a room holding 1,600 people requires. We matched a DJ from our 75-strong team with big-room experience to the brief and locked everything in during the week of the event.
What We Delivered
Come event day, we rolled in with the full rig, PA, lighting, wireless mics and backup gear, loaded in and sound-checked well before anyone walked in. Our DJ took the room's lead, reading the crowd and shaping the set live as the night built, exactly what a floor that size demands. With around 1,600 guests in the room, the dancefloor filled early and stayed full to the very end.
