What They Wanted
The couple booked us for their engagement at Bracken Ridge Tavern with around 100 guests joining them on an autumn evening. Musically they leaned 70s/80s, 90s/00s and current hits, with RnB/hip-hop rounding out the brief.
How We Planned It
This is where our planning process kicks in. Your dedicated event manager talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered, captured the must-play and do-not-play lists, and liaised with Bracken Ridge Tavern on bump-in, power and finish times. We matched the right DJ to the brief and locked everything in during the week of the event.
What We Delivered
We arrived early and set up everything we bring as standard: full sound, lighting, wireless microphones and backup gear, all checked before doors opened. Our DJ worked 70s/80s, 90s/00s, current hits and RnB/hip-hop into one seamless set, reading the crowd as the night built. With around 100 guests in the room, the dancefloor filled early and stayed full.
